Church Retreat during October 9-11, 2015 at Mount Alverno Retreat Centre, Caledon, Ontario.
We praise God for the wonderful time of fellowship, fun and spiritual renewal during first church retreat. The session on “Finding God’s will” was led by Bro. Parimal Christian and “Evangelism” by Bro. David Mudumala. The youth had their separate sessions on “Decision Making” by Bro. David Mudumala and “Being Successful” by Pastor Rajendra Kadia. We enjoyed the worship songs wonderfully led by the choir of CGC. The camp fire was a time of great fun and singing in the picturesque location of Caledon. We had great times on the play ground and exploring the woods near the retreat centre, leading up to the stations of cross. Kids had great fun too. The retreat was concluded with “Thanksgiving Service”. The Pastor preached on Thanksgiving based on Psalm 100. Overall a memorable experience of God’s faithfulness. All the CGC families contributed to the success of the retreat. Praise the Lord!
